How do you ship orders?
All our Australian Orders are shipped via Express Australia Post.
What do I do if I have a problem with a steelPHASE product?
You can contact us via the contact form and we will help resolve the problem.
What do I do if I need to send a repair to you?

What if my enhancer has low or crackly audio?
The most common issue we have is with low volume or crackly sound. This isn't an issue with the enhancer as such.
In 99% of cases, it will be a contaminated input cable plug. The contamination is almost invisible to the naked eye but can be removed by scrubbing each plug with a scotchbrite or very fine wet/dry sandpaper. The plugs need to be scrubbed very thoroughly and this will generally resolve any further issues.
The steelPHASE enhancers are a sensitive piece of electronic equipment so and degradation of the input signal will affect the enhancer performance.
If cleaning the plugs doesn't resolve the issue, either contact us via the contact form or return the unit to us as per the previous FAQ topic.
